I started following Zen on his YouTube channel about a year ago as I owned a condo downtown and knew at some point I'm going to need a reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent. Well thank God I had done so because when the time came to sell, having Prime Properties TO in my arsenal ready to go was extremely helpful. We were forced to sell at a time when it was not ideal - the condo market started to take a dive! Add in the fact that our condo was affected by a flood 3 floors above just one day after listing our property (forcing us to remove it from the market) and you can only imagine the STRESS! We were working with Ben (an amazing professional) who at that time brought in Zen on a conference call at which we tackled the situation, performing damage control, figuring out the best way to deal with our situation. After some digging around about the flood issue, Ben learns that the ownerr of the unit that caused the flood was in the market to buy another. Shortly after, we have our condo sold with a two week close - we basically closed on our unit and walked away free of the condo, cash in our hands within 5 weeks! I realize we had some level of luck on our side that countered the bad luck that we endured but having Ben and Zen on our side made it possible for favourable outcome. As mentioned in previous reviews, my dealings with Ben were nothing but positive. He's extremely personable, very efficient and organized, and works extremely hard.
